Dear CSI Members,

This fall has been CSI Investigates CSI. In September we toured the new Monroe County Crime Lab, and in November we had a presentation on its design. I want to thank: Mark Kukuvka, CSI Rochester Chapter member and Project Architect from LaBella Associates, Brian Danker of M/E Engineering and Reinhard Gsellmeier from Monroe County. Each brought their own perspective of the project, giving us a much better feel for the entire project.

The presentation clearly demonstrated the complexity of this project with all of the special needs from special structural requirements to Air Quality issues.  Our December meeting will feature Brian Sampson of Unshackle Upstate. He will lead a discussion on State and Government spending, taxes and regulatory issues that impact construction. In honor of the Holiday Season we will have an extended Attitude Adjustment Time.
